call for mini-tracks


Resilience and economic intelligence through digitalization and big data analytics

The 4th International Conference on Economics and Social Sciences (ICESS 2021) with the theme “Beyond the Pandemic – Building Economic Intelligence” invites submissions on mini-track proposals, referring to research on economic recovery, restoring the health of the environment, developing sustainable business models, strengthening regional development, revitalizing global cooperation, harnessing Industry 4.0, redesigning the social contracts, or other topics related to the conference theme.

Submission of mini-track proposals:

Proposals of the mini-tracks will be evaluated based on the relevance of the proposed research themes, originality and fit with conference requirements and topics.

Benefits of mini-track proponents:

The proponents of the accepted mini-tracks for the ICESS 2021 Conference will become chair managers of the corresponding session and will have the opportunity to lead and evaluate the scientific debates of the track during the conference.

Mini-track chair(s) will:

  • Propose the subject of the mini-track, which should fit with the conference theme and input at least eight (8) submissions for the corresponding theme.

  • Write title and a short description of the mini-track, as well as its contribution to the conference (max 300 words). In addition, bio and photo of the session chair will be added (max 200 words).

  • Evaluate presented papers/works at the conference and propose prizes for the best two/three author(s) works.
