The ICESS conference employs a rigorous selection process to recognize outstanding research contributions. All submitted papers undergo a meticulous review by our esteemed scientific committee. This committee is comprised of experts in the relevant fields, ensuring a high standard of evaluation. During the review process, each paper is assessed based on predetermined criteria including originality, methodological soundness, significance of the contribution to the field, and clarity of presentation.
 
Following this initial evaluation, the committee selects a shortlist of top contenders. From this shortlist, the committee then deliberates and chooses 3 to 5 winning papers. These prized papers are recognized for their exceptional quality and potential impact. The selection process culminates in an acknowledgment ceremony held during the conference gala dinner. At this prestigious event, the winning authors are presented with trophies and monetary awards generously provided by our industry partners.
